All participants of any activity at the Tallahassee Jrs Volleyball Club facility are required to sign a TJVBC Facility Waiver prior to the start of the activity.

All Parents and Players are responsible for reading the TJVBC Player/Parent Handbook.  All Parents are required to sign the USAV Player Commitment Form, TJVBC Commitment Form & Handbook Agreement page before each travel season begins.
